Why Flocci Timesheets exists
An architect who spent more than a decade inside SAP's enterprise process core knows that time data is only useful if it's approved and auditable. Spreadsheets and honour-system logs break the moment a team scales past a handful of people — hours get rounded, approvals get assumed, and payroll disputes follow. MD Afsar Hussain built Flocci Timesheets because he needed it for his own team first: a system where every entry is tied to a project, reviewed by a manager, and locked before it feeds payroll. The same rigour SAP applies to million-user enterprise workflows, applied to the daily act of logging hours honestly.
From SAP's enterprise core to 80+ products
A B.Tech from BIT Mesra and an M.Tech from BITS Pilani set the foundation for more than ten years as a senior engineer at SAP Labs India — SAP BusinessObjects Cloud, a petabyte-scale data infrastructure, and SAP Cloud ALM used by millions across 100+ countries. Then MD Afsar Hussain left to prove one architect could build an entire ecosystem on a single shared foundation: ERP, POS, HRMS, D2C, work apps and AI — every vertical launching in weeks, not years.
